Shipping and returns

Products purchased are normally delivered in Italy within 4 working days from the order date and 7 working days for all the other destinations. Deliveries may incur in slight delays during holidays and couriers do not deliver on public holidays or weekends. All the shipments to EU countries are free. On all the other destinations € 50,00 will be applicable for the apparel. For the beauty line shipments are free of charge to UE exceeding a € 100,00 purchase (otherwise € 5,00).

It is possible to return or exchange any item ordered within 14 days from the date of delivery. Products must be returned in their original condition and can be exchanged according to stock availability. Returns shipping costs are not complimentary.
